During character creation, roll a percentile die twice and take either number (or average them), then subtract your total constitution score from the result. This is your sickness score. At the beginning of a long rest, roll a d%. If the result is lower than the sickness score, the food you ate the day before has upset your chron, and you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the hero has a disadvantage on Constitution and Dexterity saving throws, including the saves against being sick the following evening. Medication/potions to ease the effects of this disease grant advantage on the saving throw against being sick.
When you take this disability, you may take an additional feat or give a +1 to two ability scores or a +2 to one ability score.
