Getting Older (Disability)

You've been around a while, and you've seen a great many things.  But you're getting slower, and you're body doesn't work as well as it used to.  You suffer a -10 penalty for your movement speed.  You also suffer a -2 penalty for your Constitution and Dexterity ability scores. Still, you gain a +2 to your Wisdom ability score.

When you take this disability, you may take an additional feat or give a +1 to two ability scores or a +2 to one ability score.
