Farsighted (Disability)

You can typically see when you try to see things farther away but have difficulty seeing things nearby. For targets less than 20 feet away, you have a disadvantage on Perception checks involving sight and a disadvantage on melee attack rolls. You also need help with reading anything closer than 10 feet away.

When you take this disability, you may take an additional feat or give a +1 to two ability scores or a +2 to one ability score.
