Always By Your Side (Teamwork)

Together, you have trained and fought, forming a bond and a formidable team. You are able to perform the following as long as both you and your ally possess this feat:

• After initiative is rolled but before enemies’ initiative is revealed, you may trade the results of your die roll (not including modifiers)
• You and your ally are considered to be flanking as long as you are both adjacent to a hostile creature.
• Whenever you use the help action when you and your ally are within 5 feet of a hostile creature and each other, that creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against your ally in addition to the effects of the help action.
• A hostile creature that is within 5 feet of you and your ally cannot take the disengage action.
