You're not sure when it became a problem. You might not even think of it as a problem, yourself, but your friends have noticed. They can't help but notice how you are always willing to risk what money you have, or other possessions when your money runs out, even risking going into debt just to fulfill that need to gamble. Even the rare occasion where you do win it big, the winnings never seem to fulfill that desire within you and you eventually lose it all trying to recreate that feeling. You are willing to take any risk, just to fill that emotional desire within you, and the pursuit of a win may even become more important than all of your possessions, or the possessions of your friends, or even those friendships themselves.
Mechanically, you roll with disadvantage on Charisma ability checks (Deception and Persuasion) that involve taking any kind of gamble.
FLAW. This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at level 1. If you do, you may also gain a second feat, or increase two of your ability scores by +1 (or one by +2). If you choose to increase any scores, you cannot choose to increase any score affected by the Flaw. Some flaws can be overcome in time, with role played work towards that end. Others might be overcome by a high-level Cleric, but the cost might involve a side quest or a great amount of money.
