You maintain concentration through unconscious or incapacitated conditions, and even through death. Your concentration only breaks when you choose to do so. While you are concentrating, the spell you are concentrating on cannot be dispelled (including areas of anti magic). You gain a +200 to all concentration saves you make. Your constitution score becomes 22.
