You have become so attuned with your ability to wild shape, you have surpassed other druids of your level. When you select this feat, you gain the following benefits: 

• You gain one additional use of your wild shape per short rest. 
• When you wild shape, you may select one beast with a CR one level above your current wild shape CR level and transform into that beast. For example, if you are capable of transforming into a CR 1/4 beast, you may select and wild shape into a beast with a CR of 1/2. You may only use the selected creature when using this feature. You may change the selected creature every time you increase a character level.
