Hell Behind The Eyes Image
Prerequisite: Requires any Evil or Chaotic alignment.

By an implied promise of pain, an allowed peep over an emotional wall to horror, you can get what you want out of people with menace, even when disguised behind a smile.

  • When asked to make a Persuasion or Intimidation check, but before any dice are rolled, you may choose to add 1d6 to the result.
    • If the check is passed, the creature you used this ability on will attempt to truthfully answer a question or obey a command that does not cause direct harm to themselves.  Then, immediately after, you can choose to inflict them with the Fear status effect for 1d12 minutes.
      • Nearby creatures will have difficulty perceiving that there was an Intimidation, and so may not react to it until the intimidated creature expresses it to them from an extraordinary reaction to your Persuasion/Intimidation or in later conversation.
    • If the check is failed, the creature you used this ability on will consider you as hostile and is likely to seek out authorities, refuse service, throw you out of a place, attack, plot against you, and/or become your enemy.
      • Future Persuasion checks on this creature will be more difficult, but if one succeeds and this ability is not used to pass it, Persuasion checks will return to normal for this creature.
  • Resets every short rest.
