This feat can only be granted by DM. An ancient technique created by the Kai of the North. This technique allows you to temporarily increase your STR and DEX stats. To activated this you must use your full turn. You can increase your STR and DEX by 2 when you use this. However at the start of each of your turns you lose 1 HP. And after you stop using Kaio-Ken you gain one stack of exhaustion. You can increase Kaio-Kens power by multiples of 2 (2, 4, 6, 8, 10). How ever you lose HP depending on how power full the Kaio-Ken is (2:1, 4:2, 6:3, 8:4, 5:10). You also gain a certain amount of exhaustion equal to how powerful the Kaio-Ken is (2:1, 4:2, 6:3, 8:4, 10:5). You can keep this activated for 1 + your CON modifier minutes.
