In combat use a bonus action to snort some White Pixie Dust (if you have any). For 2 turns you have advantage on attacks and have an additional +3 to your strength modifier. you also avoid opportunity attacks. after 2 turns you go into a 'Coke Frenzy' and roll to attack everything (including allies) in a 10-meter radius. For the next 2 turns you are afflicted with sleep.
Outside Combat, you roll a d20. 11 or higher means you have a +3 to your Charisma modifier. 10 or lower means you have -5 Charisma modifier.
