Curse of the Dullahan

You are affected by the Curse of Dullahan, the headless knight. You can attach or detach your head from your neck as a free action. While your head is not attached to your body, you can still survive and you gain the following traits:

• When your body uses the search action, it does so preternaturally, effectively gaining blindsight for 10 feet while it searches.
• Your head always knows the rough direction toward your body and vice versa.
• Your head can be targeted by attacks and spells, although effects that cover an area only affect either your head or your body. Your head's AC is 11 plus your Constitution modifier while you are not wearing a helmet, otherwise it is the base AC value of the helmet, without your Dexterity bonus. The head automatically fails any Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
