As an action or bonus action, you bite the inner cheek or your tongue and use the blood to coat an object or willing creature within 5ft with unusual blood. You spend 5 + 1d4 hit points to Prime an object or willing creature. The creature or object, during the use of this ability, can have this effect repeatedly applied for an additional hit point cost of -3 for the first additional stack and -2 for the second stacking activation of the ability on the same turn, for the same infused target, to increase activated damage. All stacks must be on the same target that turn and the stacking process may only be done once per turn.
The Primed object can be activated by any damage or hard impact for 3d10. Each additional stack on a currently Primed object will add an extra 1d10 of damage to a maximum cost from the user of 14 hit points for a +2 Primed on target(s). There can only be two targets with this ability applied to them at any time.
Upon activation of the effect; an object infused with the ability will be destroyed and unrecoverable. If the object can't be destroyed the item will be moved 50ft, 100ft, or 150ft, dependent on the size of the item and stacked counter(s) of Primed, in a random direction dictated by a d4 or DM's discretion. In addition, the item may be lost if it is a small object like a ring or bullet. A Primed individual, upon activation of the effect, and any being within 10ft, for the initial cast, 15ft, for the +1 stacking recast, and 20ft, for the +2 stacking recast, must make a DEX save of 14, 15, and 16 respectively, to receive half damage and suffer no knockdown or knockback effect. On failed save take the full effect. If the target has been hit by the +1 stacking Primed effect and fails the DEX save they will be knocked back 5ft. On a failed save of the +2 stacking effect, the target is knocked back 5ft and prone.
