You spin around in a circle attacking all opponents around you. As an action you reduce your speed to 0 and all creatures within 5 ft. of you must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 10 + STR mod) or take damage equal to your main weapon and off-hand weapon’s damage as if you’ve made the Attack and Off-hand Attack Actions.
