Eldritch Scar

You bear a permanent scar on your body that is the result of a brush with a malevolent, otherworldly force. The scar is a constant reminder of the horrors you have witnessed, and it has left a mark on your soul, granting you access to otherworldly powers and abilities. This feat grants you the following benefits:

• You gain proficiency in the Investigation skill, representing your increased understanding of the strange and alien.

• You can use your action to focus your mind on the eldritch energies flowing through your scar, granting you an increase in mental fortitude. Once per long rest, you can gain advantage on your next Wisdom saving throw, representing your ability to resist the madness and corruption of the cosmic horrors that lurk beyond the veil of reality.

• You gain resistance to psychic damage, as the scar on your body protects you from the mental assaults of the eldritch entities that seek to drive you insane.

• You can choose to infuse your spells with otherworldly energy. Once per long rest, you can cast one spell as an eldritch spell. When you do, the spell's damage type changes to psychic, and it deals an additional 1d6 psychic damage. This additional damage increases to 2d6 at 11th level and 3d6 at 16th level.

This feat represents your connection to the otherworldly, granting you the ability to resist and channel the energies of the cosmic horrors that lurk in the dark corners of the
