Goddess of Contracts
Prestiges 1-2: (works everywhere):

Law of Contracts - You can create Sacred Contracts. Sacred Contracts you bind are Twilight Binding. Violation of such inflicts the violator with the following, they become immune to the invisible condition, cannot take the hide action, marked that all members of her faction and those with spade augment are known. You are immune to scrolls, creatures under contracts or bonds.
Sacred Contracts contribute to Tertia. Each time a sacred contract (marriage is a sacred contract) is formed, 1 energy for 1 CR (min 1) or 1 class level from each party member to the contract is sent to Tertia. Tertia may spend this energy to pursue breakers of contracts and cheaters of marriages. The amount of energy expended per creature is 1 for every class level or CR they are, to a maximum of 100. Award can be claimed in the form of xp or twilight materials equal to 4 hours RP by 1 bounty hunter who brings the perpetrator down. The perpetrators are sent to Tertia, becoming realm locked until rescued, escape, or general quest/RP with given release by a god or Goddess of Tertia.
Saria’s Contract - When initiative is rolled you chose a pet or creature within 60 ft of you. If it’s a pet add it to initiative. It is designated as your executioner. While your executioner is alive (even after death and revival) you gain the following benefits:
• Three times per day, if you were to fail a save or ability check you can chose to succeed instead.
• You don’t need to roll a check to cast wizard spells from a spell scroll or spell gem.
• All firearms and by extension cannons can be used by you and your special features.
• When you roll d20s you get an additional d20, you choose which die is used (even across using abilities that gives rerolls).
• Your sneak attack die becomes d10.
Judgement
Prestiges 3-4: (Works in native realm and realms where you have roots.):

Trust Jury - Anything that attacks allies within 30 ft of your Executioner (including yourself or your exeuctioner) gains a debuff called Breaker. Creatures with breaker and creatures that target or is targeted by by it roll an extra 1d20 when rolling a 1d20, you can choose which roll is used. gain blind sight. Allies within your aura can’t be surprised and can see any creature you see. As a bonus action you can see into and through solid matter for 1 minute. This vision has a radius of 30 feet. To you, solid objects within that radius appear transparent and don't prevent light from passing through them.
Pass Judgement - You cannot be targeted or named for curses, vows, and oaths without your permission. When you hit with a weapon attack against a target with Breaker you deal extra damage equal to your sneak attack. You can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. You regain spent legendary actions at the start of your turn.
- Execute - Make a weapon attack
- Decoy - activate your decoy snipe
- Order (3 Actions) - Executioner takes a turn
Execution
Prestiges 5-6: (Works in certain parts of the native realm):

Tertia’s Exeuction - When you attempt to kill a target designated by the by you the target takes damage you dealt to it at the beginning of its turn. If this damage reduces the creature to 0. Its soul is sent to Mistra. This may cause the body to die. Once you designate a target, you cannot do so again until you take a short rest.
Lover’s Executioner - When your Husband takes damage or a condition from an effect you may take this damage or effect.
Law
Prestiges 7-8: (works in domain or with explicit DM approval):
“In Law one is guilty when they violate the rights of others. In ethics they are guilty if they only think of doing so.” - I.K.
Instrument of Law - Chaotic Creatures cannot take actions or reactions in your domain (Including legendary actions). When a creature breaks a contract within your domain they are sent to you for judgement. Those killed are sent to Mistra for their ultimate judgement.
Seal of Fate - You can seal a contract. The details only known to you and the signers. Participants cannot be compelled to reveal by any means, magical or otherwise. Those that reveal the contents of the sealed contract can face harsh OOC punishment including lose of character (even a god).
