You have learned to use your Bardic magic to distract your foes. You can use each of these abilities once per long rest.
Look over there! (1/Day, Only usable outside of Combat)
You can attempt to distract a number of people equal to half your level (rounded down). You make a Performance Check for the Distraction against their Insight, and on a success they'll have disadvantage on any perception checks for the next minute. If combat is initiated during that minute, any distracted targets have disadvantage on Initiative Rolls, and anyone who failed by 10 or more will be considered 'Surprised' for the first round. Anyone who succeeds the check will immediately know you tried to trick them and will become hostile towards you.
Look at me! (1/Day, Only usable in Combat)
You can use your Performance skills to draw attention towards yourself and away from your allies. Target a number of creatures up to your proficiency modifier. They all must make a Wisdom Saving Throw (or Insight/Perception) against your Performance Check. If they fail, they are distracted by you. If they succeed, they may use their reaction to make an attack directed at you with advantage. While distracted by you, they have disadvantage on all attacks, ability checks and saving throws that do not involve you. Maintaining the distraction requires concentration, and you can maintain it on subsequent turns by using a Bonus Action. Distracted creatures may repeat their Saving Throw at the end of each of their turns, or when they take damage.
