Seas of Liberty:

Your fulfillment of your oath to freedom and liberty has granted you the following abilities of the sea.

  • Nereus: Furious Tide now applies to each of your melee attacks. The Furious tide deals Charisma modifier x 1d10 bludgeoning damage and pushes any target away 10ft no matter the size. Marine Layer now fills your entire aura. The fog completely blinds those even with truesight or any ability capable of seeing through obscurement unless a god themselves. Allies in the fog can share her stealth check, and become undetectable in that fog as well as see through it without any obscurement.

  • Amphrite: Your Helm of Salma evolves into the Helm of Swan, is one with your soul, and no longer requires attunement, becoming an artifact and a natural part of you. Each charge you gain is multiplied by your charisma modifier. You can control as many ships as you own with your helm with no negative effects to your mind and body, and they are fully upgraded and manned by spirits to their maximum potential (your choice of upgrades suitable at the time). You can designate one as a flagship, and it functions as a lair for you. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), you can take one of the following lair actions; you can’t take the same lair action two rounds in a row: Have the ship make an attack using the hit bonus of your current weapon, Move the ship, or heal the ship for a quarter of it's max HP.

Ava's ability to make others wet is legendary. Her connection to the sea over many adventures and years of training across time and space allows her to bring its many traits to the battlefield for her allies and her enemies.

Power of the People:

Not once did you rest on your laurels as a noble. Your belief that merit can be found anywhere gives you the power to embody the will of the downtrodden.

  • Proteus: When you make a sneak attack, roll a contested stealth check against the creature's perception. Upon success, your sneak attack allows you to steal an ability, weapon, power, boon, or all gold (your choice) from monarchs, kings, dictators, or other beings of similar nature. The stolen abilities become a part of you for 24 hours, and can be given to people that were, or currently are, under the former owners rule.

  • Poseidon: As an action you can manifest up to 10 spirits (CR 20+ Commoner Variants such as Zenithmage, Duchess, Executioner, Zenith Sorcerer, or Lord Archer) onto the area, expending a spell slot. Travelers can become spirits to receive their stat blocks and spells (whichever stats are higher) during initiative if they are willing but lose this boost when initiative ends. If the spirits or travelers die their souls return to your domain and resurrect in 1d4 days. Travelers can choose to make a deal with you that they cant remember. If they accept this deal, their soul is claimed by you and taken when they die (but before destroyed) to your domain and serve your fleet for 100 years before resurrection.

Ava's crew is unified under her command. On the field they perform exceptionally well, and showing even free pirates can be as disciplined as military drones for oppressors.

Tenacity of The Swan Family:

A life of luxury was never meant for you, but a life of persistence was. Your stubborn nature breaks the limits a mortal body gives you.

  • Aegaeus: Your rigid training and self discipline has put you in a constant state of talent, granting various boosts to your skillset. If in combat, your mind and body are pushed to the limit and skill checks have a +15 bonus to any roll. Out of Combat, you are in a more calm state of mind, able to rationally come up with solutions under pressure, giving you a +30 bonus to any skill check. When it comes to your family and crew, you break any mental and physical barriers with shear passion, giving yourself a +60 bonus to any skill check. Your legendary resistances are multiplied by the number of allies you have in your aura. If you were to be subjected to an effect or condition that didn't involve a saving throw or skill check, you can choose to ignore it.

  • Thalassa: You no no longer abide by the tide of battle, instead balancing and controlling the tide to your willpower. Your charisma score is equal to your dexterity score. All Channel Divinities can be used at will, as well as change your form at will. You don't need to breathe, eat, or sleep. Your Aura of Liberation now give the effects of Freedom of Movement and your Aura of Protection gives your ac to allies if it is lower than yours.

There is no such thing as a no win scenario. Ava refuses to believe that, and finds a way to overcome any challenge put in front of her. Even concepts like friction, entropy, and mass don't matter to you as the embodiment of liberty.

Liberation Domain:

In your domain, your ideals and will have shaped a world for others to live without persecution for who or what they are.

  • Brizo: Ships you under the effects of your helm of salma are mythical. Their speed, HP, to hit bonus, and damage bonus are tripled. They gain a damage threshold of 200 damage meaning unless a source deals more than 200 damage the ships take no damage from that source. As an action, you can have 10 of your ships manned with spirits of your crew twilight travel to a location you see and if there is enough space. As a bonus action you can restore one ship back from destruction, including any upgrades and crew members that died along with it.

  • Oceanus: You are not limited by linear time nor space. As a legendary action, you can manipulate time to allow your allies to act more freely. Allies may now use their reaction to gain a secondary full turn. Once a day you can cast wish at will in your domain. If it is to revive a fallen soul that cannot be brought back by true resurrection, you ignore the stress roll or loss of wish, however the effect only applies in your domain and leaving your domain will undo the resurrection. Items that have charges in your domain are considered treasures of infinite potential. Using Item Interaction, your allies can regain all charges and lost properties of items, but return back to their original states when leaving your domain. Every living creature in your domain, unless you reject them, has the abilities of aquatic adaptation. When spells are casted or attacks are made by your allies, the number of dice rolled for damage is added by your proficiency score, and the saving DC is changed to whichever ally has the highest that you can see.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely, thus Ava does not hoard power to herself but gives it to others in her domain as long as they earn it.
