While shapechanged into a creature from another race, you can use an action to embody the race you are imitating until your concentration ends (as if you were concentrating on a spell). When you do this, you temporarily lose all racial traits from being a Changeling, and gain those of the race you are embodying. Once your concentration ends, you gain 1 level of exhaustion.
