Brutish Adaptation

You manifest new adaptations in rapid response to the dangers of the natural world. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Dexterity score by 1, up to a maximum of 20.

• Your scales can shift to be more durable, or more flexible. At the end of a Long Rest, you may choose between two unarmored defense calculations:
  12 + your Constitution Modifier
  13 + your Dexterity Modifier

• Your fanged maw becomes more versatile, allowing for its use as a more precise weapon. Attacks made using your bite can use either your Strength or Dexterity modifier for their attack and damage rolls.
