The bardic instrument of Alexandros has passed on some of its magic to you.

• You learn the Counterspell, and Dispel Magic spells. You can cast these spells at 3rd level without expending a spell slot. Once you do so, you must finish a long rest before you can cast either again using this feat, but can cast each using spell slots as normal.
• Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
