Prerequisite: Barbarian class with Unarmored Defense feature
Your body, constantly tested against the harshness of battle and the wild, continues to adapt and harden as you gain experience. As you grow in power, so does the toughness of your skin.
Level-Based Bonus:
- Levels 1-4: No change (AC = 10 + Dexterity modifier + Constitution modifier).
- Levels 5-8: While unarmored and not wielding a shield, your base AC becomes 11 instead of 10.
- Levels 9-12: While unarmored and not wielding a shield, your base AC becomes 12.
- Levels 13-16: While unarmored and not wielding a shield, your base AC becomes 13.
- Levels 17-20: While unarmored and not wielding a shield, your base AC becomes 14.
