You have practiced the art of delayed damage. When doing damage, you can choose to instead deal half that damage, rounded up, for three rounds; delay the damage such that on the recipient's next combat turn, they take that damage, plus your dexterity modifier; or do half that damage, rounded up, every 15 feet the target moves, all effects are ended on a successful DC 17 Medicine check, taking an action, or 15 minutes of treating the wound. Additionally, any damage you deal which is already DOT allows you to add your Dexterity modifier to it.
