Charismatic inspirer

You gain bardic inspiration as a class ability. Your charisma modifiers still determines the amount of bardic inspiration dye you have. The only changes this feat makes is that you can give bardic inspiration as both a bonus action and a reaction. And the dye starts at a d4, but it still levels up as normal, just one dye behind, ex you get d6s at level 5 and d8s at level 10, and so on and so forth.
