Epic Spell Slot Recovery (MLHB)

Your connection with the weave of magic has become part of your being, as a special action during your turn you can recover up to 9 level of spell slots per short rest. Example: you want to recover one third level spell slot, you consume three uses of the nine granted uses and recover one third level slot. Likewise if you would like to recover two second, one third, and three first level spell slots, you can consume all nine uses until your next short or long rest and recover the spell slots. You can use these slots on any turn, consuming any amount of them to recover spell slots as long as the total between short rest do not add up to more than nine.
