You have learnt to use your Flash of Genius (FoG) more effectively. The amount of times you can use FoG are doubled, the range of your flash increases to 120ft. and you gain a +2 to the bonus Flash of Genius provides.
When you use Megamind Flash, your eyes glow a bright green and a green gear appears around your forearm. The creature that is targeted by the flash have a green gear appear around their head as their eyes flash green and their mind gets clearer.
