Inert

When you deal lightning damage on your turn, you can use your reaction and choose to make one target inert that you dealt lightning damage this turn. That target cannot take any reactions until the start of your next turn. When you use this feature, you are resistant to lightning damage until the start of your next turn. You can only use this feature once per short rest.
