Appon taking this feat the player character gains the ability to automatically succeed on any insight check and this can be done infinitely but this is not without repercussions.
the player character now takes double phykic damage and for every 30 minutes the player spends in a area with more then 15 people the player will receive 1 level of exhaustion unless they block out their empathic abilities which will cancel out all effects this feat has and needs a successful wisdom check if the check is failed the player will take 1 d4 phykic damage.
the amount of people the player can be around increases by 15 for every 2 levels they gain from level one this feat can only be added at the beginning of the campaign.
