You fundamentally alter how the simulacrum spell functions for you when you cast it or when it is cast on you or on a simulacrum under your control.
When you cast the simulacrum spell you shape an illusory duplicate of one creature that is within range for the entire casting time of the spell, instead of only being able to affect one beast or humanoid.
If you cast the simulacrum spell again, any duplicates you created with this spell are unaffected instead of being instantly destroyed.
Simulacrums you create form wearing common non magical clothing of your choice, these clothes revert to snow and melt instantly if they are removed.
If you or another simulacrum created by you is the target of a simulacrum spell you are treated as the original caster of that spell making the simulacrum friendly to you and creatures you designate instead of them. The created simulacrum obeys your spoken commands instead of theirs, moving and acting in accordance with your wishes and acting on your turn in combat instead of theirs.
Aside form the above changes the simulacrum spell functions as normal.
