Leverage

Leverage 1 requires 1 Neuromod to create and allows a person to use 1 minute to give themselves the Leverage perk rank 1, during this time the person is considered Incapacitated. Leverage 2 requires 4 Neuromods and Leverage 1 to create, and allows a person to use 1 minute to give themselves the Leverage perk rank 2, during this time the person is considered Incapacitated. Leverage 3 requires 6 Neuromods and Leverage 2 to create, and allows a person to use 1 minute to give themselves the Leverage perk rank 3, during this time the person is considered Incapacitated.

Using any form of leverage uses an action to pick up the object, while an object is only able to be held from leverage, the holding creature's speed is halved and they have disadvantage on all dexterity and strength saving throws, or they could drop the object during the saving throw to negate this. If a creature holds an object directly between themselves and an enemy, they get cover depending on the size of the object. It requires an attack action to throw an object, of any size.

Leverage 1 allows a person to lift things at your weight or lower.

Leverage 2 allows a person to lift things 1.5 times their weight or lower, and throw them at enemies dealing (1d6 for a small or 3d6 bludgeoning damage for a medium object) with a range of 15 feet for medium objects or 30 for small objects)

Leverage 3 allows a person to lift things twice their weight or lower and throw them at enemies with a range of 60ft, dealing (3d6 for a small, 5d6 for a medium, or 8d6 bludgeoning damage for a large object)(large objects only have a range of 10ft)

If the size of an object is larger than the creature harmed by it, the creature must make a strength saving throw (DC 10+ 2 for each size above the creature) or suffer a critical hit, and be pinned under the object. A pinned creature may remake their saving throw at the end of their turn to escape the pinning. Each turn a creature starts while pinned, they take 2d6 crushing damage, adding another 2d6 for each size above the creature's
