As long as you are following the tenets you are viewed by others as having an air of serenity and harmony. You have advantage on ability checks to leading to non combat resolutions. Such as peacekeeping negotiations and diplomacy. If you are talking to a creature and it is about to make a hostile action you may attempt to persuade it from making that hostile action. (DM discretion if a check is required and/or RP or if the creature can be dissuaded at all).
