Cannibalism is frowned upon by most civilized people. It is taboo to eat another person. However, people who indulge in this taboo, seem to receive a form of life essence. You get a 1d4 of healing from eating the flesh of a person, and get a bonus +1 bonus to a max of one ability of your choosing, and two, in any proficiencies of the player's choosing . However, there are repercussions to the taboo, after two long rest the effects wear off and you will start acting erratically at random. Players with this feat will have to roll a wisdom saving throw that will be asked at random, until player feasts on a flesh of a humanoid again. Failing 5 wisdom saving throws will result in player, losing control and must get a 3 successful wisdom saving throws.
