Prerequisite: The ability to cast at least one spell
- Increases your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- For any spell cast using a 1st level or higher spell slot, you may cast the spell without the Verbal or the Material components. Choosing to do so deals damage to you, equal to 1 magical slashing damage per spell slot level. You are still required to provide any materials that have a gp price, as per the Arcane Focus rules.
- You may add your Constitution Modifier to any damage or healing done by a spell cast in this way. You may only apply this bonus once and only to a single target of the spell, regardless of the number of targets in the area or attacks made.
