You gain the ability to transform into a wolf or wolf human hybrid a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. Additionally, you gain advantage on perception Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell and while transformed.
Optional Rules: When fully transformed during night you resist Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage from Non-magical, Non-silvered Attacks.
