This technique does not work against enemies that can not be frightened.
If you move at least 10 feet towards an enemy in a menacing manner then they must loose your Strength Modifier from their Initiative for the rest of the round as they hesitate.
You can use this technique as many times as your Charisma Modifier per long rest.
