As your DM, wasn't entirely certain of how to incorporate this into the game mechanics, it has now been designated as a feat which now imposes a disadvantage on your dexterity rolls." The drawback will vanish once you stop whatever is causing it, something cancels it out, or your DM says otherwise.
On the plus side this means that you are hereby allowed to keep on doing whatever you are doing.
