Waiver Of Fear Image
Prerequisite: Requires a Dexterity and Intelligence of 10. You must be dextrous enough to sew it together, and smart enough to weave it correctly.
 

 Waiver of Fear is a feat allowing you to create a false scarecrow form of yourself. This scarecrow always fools creatures under 8 intelligence, and an intelligence save of a the opposite number (10 a save of 10, 11 a save of 9, etc) Your waiver of a Fear power walks doubled speed, a halfed flying speed and normal everything else. You can swap places with it, But it will explode, functioning like a fireball, but dealing psychic damage instead of fire. You are also immune to psychic damage before the explosion, ending after your next turn. Your scarecrow is recreated after 2 long rests, OR you can use a 4th level spell slot to recreate it. If creature's have fallen for your deception,  they make a wisdom save (DC 12) and if they fail, they are frightened. Creatures who do not fall for it will not attack it, but will still try to evade it.
