Available from level 1 to literally any race and class, this feat makes it so that when your hit-points hit zero, instead of making a death save, you can pick an action you have and just have it work. No roll, no saving throw against it, it just works. Whatever you want that your character can do, it will just happen. The action cannot be anything that could restore your hit-points. After the action is finished, your character dies. No resurrections, no coming back as a reborn, your'e dead. You sacrifice your character for one final risky hit.
