Changeling Metamorphosis

Your ability to shapechange is more than skin deep, and you are able to assume more forms than the average Changeling. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Consititution score by 1, to a maximum of 20
• When you use your shapeshifting trait, you can grow or hide wings and/or a tail as part of your transformation. You gain no mechanical benefit from either of these new limbs.

When you use your Shapechanging trait, you can choose one of these benefits which lasts until you change your shape again:

• Darkvision You adapt your eyes and gain Darkvision out to 60ft.
• Aquatic Adaption You sprout gills and are able to breath underwater, and you gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
• Natural Weapons You grow claws, fangs, spines, horns or a different natural weapon of your choice. Your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage as appropriate, and you are considered proficient with unarmed strikes.
