Damage Immunity
You have developed immunity to Bludgeoning, Piercing and Slashing damage from non magical sources that aren't silvered
Shapechanger
You can use your action to Polymorph into a boar-humanoid Hybrid or into a boar, or back into your true form, which is humanoid. Your statistics other than your AC (which changes to 11) are the same in each form. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed and will either fall or break upon transformation. You revert to your true form when you die.
Charge
If you move at least 15 feet straight toward a target and then hit it with your tusks on the same turn, the target takes an extra (2d6) slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone
Natural Formed Weapons
You have developed natural weapons in the form of deadly tusks due to your Lycanthropy
