Shapechanger
You can use your action to Polymorph into a rat-humanoid Hybrid or into a giant rat, or back into your true form, which is humanoid. Your statistics other than your AC (which changes to 12) are the same in each form. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed and will either fall or break upon transformation. You revert to your true form when you die.

You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell
Natural Formed Weapons
You have developed natural weapons in the form of a deadly bite due to your Lycanthropy
