You momentarily slip out of your current time stream backward to a point of relative safety with vague memories of what happened before being abruptly pulled back into the present with a sharp pain in your head. Your body, however, feels slightly rejuvenated.
- Increase your Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As a bonus action, you can momentarily flicker in and out of time, taking 1d6 psychic damage but regaining 1 spent charge (or use) of a racal ability, class feature, or item that normally requires a short or long rest to return.
Once you use this feat, you can't do so again until you complete a long rest.
