as your blood is infused with darkness you begin to manipulate it allowing for a small step into the shadows. when you make an attack action you can choose to use reapers step, you can teleport 10ft, you can choose to use this before or after the strike but must be used in that action. on top of this, if you are a rouge and you teleport behind the target, while you do not get advantage you do get the effects of your sneak attack.
