DC 5- sub par crafted item.
DC 10- standard item
DC 15- above average crafted item
DC 20- superior item
Natural 20 produces non enchanted item worth 10000 GP.
Second step in forging.
You cast the Ritual Smith Spell- Enchanters Cant.
The ritual and forging process takes 10 hours of downtime to forge and cast.
Roll a d100
The Enchanters Cant produces a magic item based on your roll. This item will be unique, this enchantment will be random and determined by the DM.
1-25 common enchantment
26-50 uncommon enchantment
51- 75 rare enchantment
76- 89 very rare enchantment
90-100 legendary enchantment
If you roll a natural 20 on smithing the item,
1-50 rare enchantment
51-75 very rare enchantment
76-99 legendary enchantment
100 Artifact enchantment
If you roll a natural 20 and a 100 on the dice, you have a 50/50 chance of producing a powerful artifact or a sentient artifact. Flip a coin, heads artifact, tails sentient artifact. This will only work on a weapon crafting. If it is a piece of armor or shield, it will just be artifact level.
