Once this feat is used on an enemy, if the enemy fails to make a charisma saving throw of 15, the target is chained up. The user then gets to ask the target one question regarding a crime. The target must now make a charisma saving throw of 12 or higher to defend themselves. If they are unsuccessful, the target is dealt 2d6 fire damage and the user has a +2 on damage rolls against the target for 2 turns. But if they are successful, the user is dealt 1d8 fire damage and their turn is skipped once. Can only be used on creatures who you can speak to.
