You have incredibly bad luck that seems to kick in at just the wrong moments.
- You have 3 unluck points. Whenever any creature within 30 feet make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one unluck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one of your unluck points after the die has been rolled, but before the outcome is determined. You choose the lower of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
- When a natural 20 is rolled within 15 feet of you, your unluck activates and forces a re-roll regardless who rolled it.
- You can also spend one unluck point when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d20, and then choose the higher of the two rolls.
- You regain your expended unluck points when you finish a long rest.
- Any uses of Unluck you have at the start of your long rest deals 2d8 necrotic damage per unused point, that cannot be reduced or negated in anyway and your long rest will not restore hit points (all other things recovered by long rest will be restored normally)
- If your DM chooses they may at some point in your character's story, change this feat to the Lucky feat. This may happen when a difficult battle is won, or the character goes through a tremendous amount of development or revelation.
