Prerequisite: Requires and Charisma score of 15 or over
When a Dhampir use’s this ability the person they bite will turn into a fledgling. When a fledging take someone’s blood or dreams they will turn into a full fledged Dhampir. When a Dhampir is a fledgling there powers are a lot weaker than a full blown Dhampir.
