Whether you are a descendant of a lycanthrope or the bearer of a magical curse, you find yourself with the ability to transform into an animal body, and gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Choose one Beast among the sources available to you for your campaign. As a bonus action on your turn, you can shift into this Beast’s form. You retain your HP, known languages, and your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, but must use everything else from the Beast’s statblock. You remain in this form until you shift back to your original form as a bonus action or if you get knocked unconscious before that. You can shift into your Beast form a number of times equal to your level, and regain all uses at the end of a long rest. If you wish, you may have some aspects of your Beast form reflected onto your original form. These aspects are your choice. For example, if you can shift into a bird, you could have feathers in your hair.
