(Converted from the Pathfinder 2e Archetype)
Though you are the main inhabitant of your body, another entity lurks in a corner of your mind. Whether willingly or not, you've become a vessel for a being of unimaginable power, and their power whispers at the back of your mind. Beings of any alignment can inhabit a living vessel.
Balance of Wills:
You need to spend at least half an hour each day assuaging the entity within you or you take a –1 penalty to Wisdom saves until you do so. The process of assuaging the entity is determined together between you and the DM. After a full week of failing to assuage your entity you take -1 to all saving throws, and you can't remove the condition until you allow your entity to take full possession of your body for 24 hours, during which time it pursues its own agenda.
Entity's Resurgence Reaction:
Your entity will take control if you are close to death, unwilling to let it's precious vessel go without a fight.
If you are reduced to 0 Hit Points but not immediately killed your entity takes control instead of letting you fall unconscious. You remain at 1 Hit Point and gain temporary Hit Points equal to your level + proficiency + constitution modifier for 1 minute. The entity is in complete control for that 1 minute or until you fall unconscious.
While the entity is in control, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls, and you must roleplay as the entity, with DM's discretion over any major decisions. No matter the entity's nature, the entity is sure to wreak vengeance upon the foe who jeopardized the life of their vessel, and will do whatever they can to get their vessel to a point of safety. This may be used once per long rest.
