You have been touched by an extra-planar entity. After passing a trial, you've gained a fraction of their power, and are granted the following abilities:
- Entropic Control: Eldritch power flows through you to shift energy in the universe around you. As an Action, you may choose to expend any number of available hit dice to heal yourself in combat. You can use this ability to heal another creature, rolling any number of your available hit dice, and healing the creature half that amount.
- Arcane Renewal: Your gift enlightens you to the flow of energy around you. Outside of combat, you can expend hit-dice to restore spellslots. You regain spell slots equal to the number of hit dice expended. For example, using two hit dice would allow you to restore two 1st level spells, or one 2nd level spell. Hit dice spent this way do not heal you. You can restore spells up to 6th level with this ability.
- Energy Withdrawal: You've been granted the ability to borrow energy from your surroundings in exchange for a sacrifice. You may regain hit dice once you no longer have any left to spend. Doing so requires you to make a DC 8+ (2*number of hit dice restored) constitution saving throw. Succeeding means you restore the number of hit dice. Failing the check still allows you to regain the hit-dice, but you gain points of exhaustion equal to half the number of hit dice regained, rounded up. If a character dies as a result of this, they die immediately, and can only be revived by a Wish spell. You may use this ability once per long rest.
