After taking damage from the dice you increase in size by 10% and are able to increase your strength dexterity or constitution by two points for the amount of rounds that you took damage for but you must decrease your intelligence wisdom or charisma via corresponding amount You may roll more than one dice if you have them.
Strength for intelligence
Dexterity for wisdom
Constitution for charisma
So if you decided to do this and roll a three you would take three points damage and then you could choose to increase your strength by two points and decrease your intelligence by two points for three rounds you would also increase your size by 10% during this time.
